I am glad you are so near me
tho am sorry you stop't short of my
house and was it not that I have some
comp.y. would come & see you this eveng
It is my real desire to settle the Debt
I owe the Mr. Nortons provided we
can agree on the terms & shall be
glad to see you for this purpose
at my house when it shall be yr
pleasure to attend, & am with respect
