Dear Sir
I must beg the favour of you to contrive
the inclosed to our old friend Colo. Cocke he having advised
me you would at all times do him this service.
Inclosed is the Governors Speech to the
Assembly which mett yesterday every thing at present has a
pleasing appearance and I doubt not by his Lordship's very
prudent conduct and engaging behaviour the End will be to the
satisfaction of himself and the whole Colony. Present my
Compliments to Mrs. Norton and be Assured that I am
