Sir

had Insurance made on Two hhds. Tobacco on board Capt. Hubard
with out orders. Those Two hhds. were to be ship'd on board Capt
Outram in consequence of an agreement with Capt. Goosley ;
and were deliver'd to his Order for that purpose, but were afterward
ship'd either by Capt. Goosley or your Son on board Hubard
Contrary to my order or Desire, I refer you to Capt. Goosley for the
truth of the above, and who will also Inform you by whom they were
ship'd on board Hubard. I therefore hope (and in order to put a
stop to Disputes hereafter) that you will allow me the same price
pr. hh. for those Two hhs as you have given me for those Eight
which went by [illegible] as they were all ship'd at the Same time
and the Same Crop. This Covers you Bill of Lading for Eight

Town markit the net proceeds of which please to place to my
Cr. My Son at this time being at New York, have also Inclos'd

Capt. Goosley and am Sr. your Very humble Ser.
