Dear Sir.
I some Time ago desired the favour of you to solicit
& pay for the Royal Assent to an Act of our Assembly for
docking the Entail of a Tract of Land of ColO. Bernard
Moore's; by a late letter I am inform'd that that Gentleman
has alter'd his Intention & desires, if this does not get
to Hand too late, that you will be pleased to defer doing
any Thing on the Matter, 'till you hear farther from me.
Whatever Expence may have accrued before this In:
timation, he must submit to.
