New Kent Virginia June 9. 1775
Dear Sir,
I wrote you of the 2d: of this month acquain
=tin you that I shoud draw on you for the amount of the
rents of my Estate in Kent. & also Inclosd you then a Power
of Attorney, which Letter I Delivered to Mr. John H. Norton
I hope you met with no Difficulty in receiving the Rents
from Redford the Steward - you'll see by that Letter my
Reason for not sending you a Power sooner - This letter
I expect will accompany the Bill which I hope you will
honour and in so doing you will greatly oblige
your most Obd humle.
