At Sea on Board the Ship Argus Alexr.

Gentlemen

This serves to acquaint you
that we shall leave the Fleet Tomorrow
& Proceed on our Passage Immediately
for Quebec, I thought proper to advise
you of this for your Government of
Insurance on [illegible] our Friends ~
Barclay Chase & Co who has takein
hhds Rum on Board to my address
the Ship is a very good one & sails
Extremely Fast hope you will be
able to get the needful done [illegible]
