Sir,

I this Moment receiv'd yours of the 10th. Inst.
(being Monday last) the very day I wrote you
Advice of the recipt of two Bank Post Bills
of 100£ each. I did not receive your letter
inclosg. them till late on Saturday owig to
the post's come in very late to Deal and
the Letters not being deliverd till 9. or 10.
at Night and as Walmer is Near a Mile
and a half from the post Office, I do
not get my letters till the next day,
which was the reason you had not Advice
sooner of the receipt of them from me.
I am sorry you had any Anxiety on
the Occation, but hope you will Excuse
me. I wrote you fully in my last. Mr
Denward desires his Compliments to you
and with me is very desires to hear any
thing Concerng. the Welfare of our Friend
Mr. G. F. Norton to whose Acquaintnce. I
had Introduced Mr. Norton before he
left England when we were down in
this Country to.gether. I Remain Sir
