York County Court order concerning the estate of Merritt Moore, 1767 November 16

A certificate issued by the court of York County, Virginia granting Merritt Moore and John Robinson the right to obtain letters of administration for the estate of Merritt Moore the elder. The certificate is signed by Thomas Everard, clerk of the court.

This certificate was sent in Moore's letter to John Norton and Son of September 17, 1768.

At a Court held for York County 16^th. Nov^r. 1767

On the Motion of Merrit Moore and John Robinson who
made Oath and together with Anthony Robinson Jun^r.
and Augustine Moore their Securities entered into
and Acknowledged Bond as the Law directs Certificate
is granted them for obtaining Letters of Administration
on the Estate of Merrit Moore the elder deceased
in due form.
