Sir,

Your favour of the 22d Ulto reached
me this day - M Holmes who transacts my Business
with respect to Accounts is now in Pha. when he
returns I will set him on the Completion of the
Accts. you mention, I have been scarcly able to do
Business for six Months. I wish you to inform me
what stay you mean to make at Richmond,
that I may Judge whether I can have time to
prepare our Lengthy accts. for a Settlement,
I wish much to complete this Business, that I may
close my Books -
