Bristol 7th. Decemr. 1782

Sir.

The inclosed Letter we received yesterday, under
Cover from our friend Mr. James Baillie of your City,
& in complyance therewith & a Letter we received at same
time from Cornelius Stevenson Esqr. of St. Croix, we have
now to request that you will value on us for £286..8..10
Stg on Account of said Corns. Stevenson Esqr. specyfying in
the Bill that it is the Proceeds of 11 hds Tobacco, sent to
our Address by the above Gentleman, in the Ship
Alfred Capn. Everett; the Bill to be drawn at Six
weeks date, & we shall make it Payable at our
Bankers in London. We are Sir.
