Winchester July 28th - 1783.

Dear Sir,

In Augst. 1780 Mr. Foster Webb Junr. had an order on you
for 2400li of Tobacco at Richmond, being for Duroys which you pur=
=chased of me in the Month of June preceeding; which order was not paid;
as I am much in want [illegible] the Tobacco I must beg the Favour of you
to pay this quantity to Mr. Leighton Wood Junr. in Richmond &
you will oblige -
