Winchester July 28^th - 1783.

Dear Sir,

In Aug^st. 1780 M^r. Foster Webb Jun^r. had an order on you
for 2400^li of Tobacco at Richmond, being for Duroys which you pur=
=chased of me ⁱⁿ the Month of June preceeding; which order was not paid;
as I am much in want [illegible] the Tobacco I must beg the Favour of you
to pay this quantity to M^r. Leighton Wood Jun^r. in Richmond &
you will oblige -
