opportunity of acknowleging
the receipt of your favour of
the 28th ulto. untill now. accor=
ding to your wish I shall take
no suits against you your brother
Geo F. Norton or J H Norton
& G F Norton surviving part=
ners of the house of Jno Norton &
Sons, but shall be ready at
all time to render them every
service in the power of
