Know all Men by these Presents That I William
Preston Clerk am held and firmly bound to John
Robinson Esqr. in the Sum of one hundred and twenty
Pounds Curt: Money of Virginia To which payment
well and truly to be made to the said John Robinson
his Exrs Admrs or Assigns I bind myself my Heirs
Exrs and Admrs firmly by these Presents sealed
with my Seal dated this   day of October 1752.

The Condition of the above Obligation is such that if
the above bound William Preston his Heirs Exrs or Admrs
shall pay or cause to be paid to the above named John
Robinson his Exrs Admrs or Assigns the Sum of Sixty
Pounds Current Money of Virginia with lawfull Intrest
then this Obligation to be void otherwise to remain in
full force
