Dear Sir/

I am favourd with yours of this day,
and am really sorry I cannot send the sum you
Mention by the Bearer Johney, having payed the
last Dollar I had to a Waggoner this Morning,
and was just returned from a unsuxesfull
ramble in quest of cash in order to pay Col Holms
£6 - - who is one of the most severe Duns
I ever met with. should the wished for supply
^ arive this day or Tomorrow you may not assund I will
wait on you without loss of time untill which
time I remain Dear Sir yours Sincerely
