Sir

A long time ago we wrote you that we
should be under a neceissity of putting your note
in suit as we had before done with all accounts of
such long standing - in answer you write us the
12 May that your produce was at market and
should be sold to pay our demand - the mony not
coming to hand we have wrote you several
Letters neither of which are answer'd, we cer-
tainly deserve your exertions to procure the ne-
-cessary - do not therefore compel us to institute
suit which our own demands will oblidge
us to do on the first of December next & the
ballance is not before that time settled -

we are
Yr hble Servts.
Reed & Forde.
