Virginia August 3d 1769

Sr

I have sent you one hhd of Tobacco by Capn Robirtson which is
all that I could spare our Crops being so very short but I Thank god
we have a better Prospect in our parts than we have had for this three -
or four years Past and I hope to be able to send two or three or more hhd
the next year and If you will be kind Enough to send me What Goods
I have sent for you will Greatly oblige your Hmble Sert Wm Duval
