Pottiesville, 15th. July 1793

Dear sir

This will be handed you by Mr Pottie
who together with Mr Rob. Johnston have
set our from this for your place.

Mr Pottie will shew you a copy of the Plea
Underwood has put in to the Bond you assigned

Be so obliging as confer with Mr P on
this head. The foederal court having
determined that British creditors (under
certain limitations) shall receive payts. I
think will be an effectual Bar to any
Plea similar to it
