Dear Brother

this comes as an Excuse for my long silence
it should not have so but my Mama has taken me
from School & has got me a Dancing & French Master
which has taken up best part of my time but
now as I have a little leisure & Intend to Dedicate
it to you in your last to me you as so kind as
to give me a good deal of Advice which I hope
ever to follow. in your letter to Mama you mentioned
your long Illness it made us all very Uneasy but
my Papa Receiving a letter nother from you of a later
Date we hoped to have once more the pleasure of
Seeing you which would be a great Satisfaction
to us all. we was at Putney last Week to Rumage
out the old Barn as Mama calls it we After
that we went to dine with my Uncle Fludger
after dinner we drank all Friends in Virginia
Particularly yours & Wished for your safe
Safe Return we left Daniell & Doctor
Walkers son there he is come to our house
for the Hollidays & as our large Parlour

is a painting Mama said she was sure if they
Staid the Paint would all be licked of with their coasts
before it could be dry therefore she let them stay
with my Unkle Fludger who is Doatingly
fond of Daniell Poor Reynolds is gone in the
Eden Capt Nicholson the day he went there was
no dinner eat in the Parlour we were so
Grieved at the loss of him Poor Brother George
cired like a Child & all all we could do we could
not Comfort him Pray make my Duty to all
my Aunts Unkles friends & Relations my Mother
desires her love to all Hary is much Better
he has not had a fitt for this fortnight or
3 weeks my Unkle & Aunt Turner Unkle
& Aunt fludger desire their love to you

Mr Williamson was at our house
the other day & he is now gone to Capt
Crabs to spin & fuz there he has allways
gott a house at his service whenever he
goes we all desired to be kindly remembered
to you
