I have receivd your letter of ye
[illegible] Octor: wherein you give me small hopes of your
doing any thing of Service to me & blame me for not
doing every thing in my power to render My Hus
bands Character clear to yours & every other per
sons view, My Husband & yourself have had Enemys
I believe on each side, time will determine, it. -

I have receivd a Letter from Mrs. Goosley who
informs me you will not distress me & will settle
the land where I now live (on me) for my life pro
vided I will give up my right to Lot &c. in York
as soon as that is done I will charefully assign my
right to York _ and am
