Dear Sirs.

My last Letters were of the 12th. Ulto.
& 17th. Inst., which you'll be pleased to refer to.
Capt Necks being detain'd much longer, than was
expected, enables me to forward by him the in:
closed Bills, Amt. £1975..- st viz. £1375 on the Treasury
Acct. & £600 on my own privat Acct., as p List
I begin to grow impatient to know whether my
Letters by Wm Marshman have got to Hand.

Wishing you & all yours a long &
uninterrupted Series of happy Years I re:
main very tulry, Dr. Sirs,

Much reading & writing have greatly impair'd my Sight;
can you [1 word illegible] me with a pr. of good Temple Spectacles;
I am just entering my 43d. year; they should be pretty wide.
