John Carter, Williamsburg merchant, letter to John Norton, merchant of London, England. Carter writes that he has no tobacco to ship though he hopes to have some in the spring. He also wrote that he was sending John Hatley Norton's draft to be placed to his account. This letter is a copy of his first letterof the same date with a second bill.
