Dear Sir

This Day heard that the Virginian was
Arrived and I expect to have the pleasure
in a few days to hear of your and famolys
welfare -

as I am in Carys & Companys Debt & I have this
day drawn on you to pay them £229 - when
Goosley or Robertson returns your letter to me
Shall be answer'd Interim I am with all due
regard
