Williamsburg 29th. June 1772

Dear Sir.

This will be deliver'd to you by Mr.
John Hyde Saunders, a Gentleman just embarking
for England to obtain Holy Orders. I have given
him a Bill on you for £18..1..6 payable at 60 Days
as usual, tho' perhaps he may have Occasion
for the Money soon after his Arrival; if he
does, I have assured him that you will accom:
modate him as he may want it. I have
no great Acquaintance with this Gentleman,
but as he will be in a strange Country, & goes
upon such commendable Business, I can't but
recommend him to your usual Civilities.
