Green Spring July 14th. 1772

Sir

I have Receivd. the two parsels of Goods you sent by Capt. Roberson,
but hant heard of the Tea yet. I am sorry to trouble you with complaints but
I am us'd so ill that I cant look over it, you charg'd me with seven yards of printed
Cottons and Recvd. only six & a half, and with a Bead Tick bolster and two pillows
which I recevd but one, and what is still worse the Bolster was an old one with
the Feathers sticking about it, and so durty it want fit for use till it was washd
by Capt Gooseley you have fore Hhds, of my Tobacco and my Invoice for Goods,
if you send them in York River order them to be landed at the Capitol
Landen, if in James River at James Town.
