Sir
I have been trying all the Summer to gett Capt Langbourns
Crop abt 5 hhds tobo to Ship to you but have hither to only
been able to gett but two hhds wch I have this day Given Capt
Robertson an order for. so that I must Desire you will
insure eight pounds on every hhd that I shall Ship for that
Estate in the Virginia Capt. Robertson It being quite
uncertain how many hhds I shall gett from the widdow
therefore I know no other way at present to order the
Insureance - Pray send no more goods
or pay ought for the future unless I ordr. for the Estate
& I do hereby Desire you will take the late legacy left,
them. I hear Since Mr Smith was at home, I am told
it Lays in Sergant or Doctor Nares's hands,
Pray Send in the whole acct Current (Since Capt
Langbours Decease). p yr next Ship, Directed to
