Virginia 20^th. May 1768

Dear Sir.

I have wrote to you so fully & frequently
upon the Subject of my Affairs, that I have nothing
new to say; my last advised you of my having
drawn a Bill to Col^o. Corbin for £320, which
I don't doubt will be duly honour'^d.

This will be deliver'^d to you by
M^r. Robert Miller, a Gentleman, for whom
I have so great an Esteem, that I could not
let him leave Virginia, without recommend:
ing him to your Countenance & Regard.
I am confident he will merit any Civili:
ties you may be pleased to show him,
& they will lay an additional Obligation upon
me. I don't know what particular Scheme
of Business he proposes to himself, but if
you can conveniently further his Views,
I am persuaded it will add to the Pleasure I know
you always take in assisting Men of real
Worth. We are daily in Expectation of Cap^t.
Robinson's Arrival. I hope he will bring such
Accounts as will induce your Friends to give
him the quickest Dispatch. I always am, my dear
Sir, with the most cordial Wishes for the Prosperity
