Williamsburg 22^d. June 1768

Dear Sir,

The present Prospect of a large Crop &
the Advantages, I am persuaded, all Tob^o will have
that gets soonest to Market have determin'd me,
as we have received no News of Cap^t Robinson
yet, to consign you forty Hogsheads on Board the
Randolph, Cap^t. Walker, who has engaged to leave
James River by the 20^th. of next Month
at farthest. You'll therefore be pleased to in:
sure this Tob^o. in such Manner as you may
think most for my Interest. I don't know yet
how many Hogsheads for Cap^t. Robinson I shall
have, but will advise in Time. I yesterday
drew on you to D^r d'Seguerya for £24.
