Sir

Mrs. Rebecca Chamberlayne desired me to
let you know that she sent the Anvil on board the
Virginia to go home to you and as neither the Capt.
or Cheif Mate was on board the Second Mate would not
take charge of it & sent it back, & has got the favour
of Capt. James Esten to carry it to you   I am
