On receipt hereof, you'll please to make Insu^a:
for me on 58 hhds Tob^o: at £12 Stg p hh^d: at least, also
ab^t: £100 Stg on 18 Ton pig Iron, 40 hhds of s^d: Tob^o: & pig
Iron are on board your Ship the Lond^o:, & the rest on
board the prospect, Cap^t. Norwood (M^r: Lees Ship) the
whiole Insurance to make will be ab^t; (£,800 Stg) Cap^t.
Robertson is just come down to YOrk & expects to Sail
in 3 or 4 days, I have taken my Passage w^th: him,
hoping soon to have the pleasure of seeing you, the chance
is at present some what against me, as I am so much
reduced at this Time, having been in a declin^g state
for upwards of 5 Months w^th: a bad Cough &c.
Ca^t: Norwood intends to Sailab^t: the last of the
Month. Your M^r. JHN tells me he will have
upw^ds. of 100 hhds Tob^o: on board of his Ship.
