Sir!

In Answer to your favor of the 19th Instant.
The Sundry Accounts relating the Ship Maria
have lateley been made out & sent to our
friends at St Eustatia: but as we have had
no advice whatsoever from Messrs: Tucker
& Reeve of your friend Mr George F Norton
having any Concern therein: & these Gentlemen
having nearly valued on us their Share
in the neat proceeds of said transaction; we
can make you no remittance thereon. -

We are sorry that we can give you no other
advice relating this Affair; -

We return you our thanks for your Offers
of Services & We remain very Respectfully
