Sir

I had the pleasure of writing
from St. Thomas on the Subject of the Brig Rachael
and also from St. Croix advising you of my in
tention of arresting some of your funds in the
hands of Messrs. Plunkett & Sterrett for the pur
pose of inforcing a Settlement of this affair
but have not yet been favoured with an answer
from you - I again call on you to render
me Satisfaction in this business without delay
& if you decline it be assured I shall take every
method in my power to do myself Justice.
