where he died - how then cou'd
Miller the administrator there
bring a Suit against JN & Co.
in the Federal Court -

Mr. Robt. White is of opinion that
there is a considerable defect in
the Writ [crossed out, illegible] by issued against
J: Norton & Sons for that Debt, &
that the Plaintiff cannot support
his Suit if JN & C: chuse to con=
=test it -
