Mr. John Norton & son

Gentlemen.

I received yours of the 8th. March 1769
with my goods per the Brilliant Captain Robertson
amounting to £53.5.6 since that on the 6th. of June
have drawn a bill of Exchange on you for £15.0.0
Sterling payable to Doctor John Brodie at thirty days
sight which hope you will duly honour.

I have also received your account of my Fathers
Estate in your hands which was agreeable with
his Books

You'll be pleased to send me by your
ship 1 piece Oznaburgs 1 piece brown Rolls ½ piece Fearnothing
and I will pay you by the return of the Ship I am
