Coppy of Invoice sent May 2nd. 1770-

1 Gun 3 feet 2 Inches by the Barrel 9/16 of an Inch Bore at 3 Guineys
1 Do. 4 feet by Do 13/16 of an Inch Bore at Do
Charles Smith to be ingraved on the thumb Brass of each
of the above Guns
1 Do. 4 feet 4 Inches by the Barrell 13/16 of an Inch Bore of 3 Guineys
Charles Barrett Junr. ingraved on the thumb Brass of the
above Gun.

The above Guns are desired to be as light and handy as
may be, to come readily to the Face, and go easy on the
Triggers, the Locks to be Good, & they and the Mounting,
to be neat of Main, Its desired the Maker will be a
pay the strictest regard to the above Instructions.
It's desired these Guns may be made by Mr. Clarke the
Successor of Mr. Stanton
