This is to certify that James Bickley came before me one of
his Majestys Justices of the peace for Louisa County and
made Oath that he was Present at the opening of the above
mentioned Goods, and that the Articles, mentioned above
to the amount of Six Pounds two Shillgs. were not in
the Packages and that the Packages shew'd no marks
of their being broke open before. Given under my
hand this 18th. Day of Novr. 1771
