Green Spring Novr: 19th: 1771

Sir.

I Reced my account from you by Capt
Robertson, which I think is not a bad one considering
the newness of the Tobacco. I was in hopes that one of,
your Ships woud have taken my Tobacco, that I kept
for them, but they both left it, now it comes by Capt
Nickes, inclosd is the Bill of Lading, and my Invoice,
for goods which I hope will be time a nuf for your Spring
Ship, this Crop of Tobacco will be short so am in hopes the
prise will keep up and that my Tobacco will be old a nuf
by the time yout git it so shall be in hopes of a good price
for it. looking over my Account the other Day I find
Mr. Athaws is in my debt nine Shillings and nine pence
which I desire you will Receive and place it to my Cr.

from Sir
your obedt. Sevt
